Last week, (mid April) I saw the following downtown in Ottawa. It was about 14C.
1) A girl with a peasant dress and dreadlocks, walking in the underground parking garage - in bare feet. YUCK.
2) A young guy, in a three piece suit, a little bit sketchy, looking like maybe he had a court date. He was having lunch - a box of french fries from a chip truck. Which he was eating while wearing ski gloves.
I think I am going to start chronicling all the freaks I see downtown all summer.
